Property Rules

• Maximum 8 guests permitted
• No smoking within the rooms
• Sheesha/hookah prohibited

Additional Rules

• An additional refundable (damage) deposit of INR 5000/- will be collected in cash at Check-in, which will be fully refunded at check-out provided that -
• - There is no damage caused to/in the property,
• - The number of guests does not increase post booking confirmation, and
• - The check-out time is adhered to strictly.
• 1. Our property staff is dedicated to ensuring you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We kindly request all guests to treat the staff with respect and courtesy.
• 2. Late Check out is chargeable per hour.
• 3. We suggest that you carry your own towels and toiletries.
• 3. Outdoor loud music to be restricted until 10:00 pm only. You can play music indoors.
• 5. Power outage by MSEB is not in our control. We do have an inverter as back up which lasts based on the usage. Invertor doesn't support heavy appliances.
• 6. Pets are not allowed in the pool, however, if such disallowed usage is witnessed, a fine of Rs. 10,000 will be charged.
• 7. For Security purposes – ID card/Aadhar Card is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
• 8. Sole responsibility of any luggage and valuables will be of the customers.
• 9. Anyone found in possession of/smoking/doing drugs which have been banned/prohibited/regulated as per the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substances Act (NDPS Act), 1985 and will be asked to leave the property immediately.
